Terms of Service

EUACC is a platform that aggregates European funding opportunities (grants, equity, guarantees) and provides tools for startups to create public profiles, discover funding, and apply to programmes with AI assistance. We are not a financial advisor, investment firm, or grant-issuing body.

You need an account to access the dashboard, list a startup, or use AI features. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person, one company listing per account. If you suspect unauthorized access, email us immediately at julian@euacc.eu.

When you list a startup, the information you provide becomes publicly visible on the EUACC showcase. You represent that:

• —You have the authority to list this company.
• —The information you provide is accurate and not misleading.
• —You own or have rights to any logos, images, or content you upload.
• —You won't impersonate another company or create fraudulent listings.

We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these terms, contain false information, or are abusive in nature.

If you connect Stripe for MRR verification, you grant us read-only access to aggregate revenue data via the restricted API key you provide. We display this as "Verified MRR" on your public profile. You can disconnect at any time. We are not responsible for how third parties interpret displayed metrics.

EUACC offers AI-powered tools to help draft grant applications. These are writing aids — not guarantees of funding. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and submitting any applications. We are not liable for rejected applications or any outcomes resulting from AI-assisted content.

Some features (like AI application templates) require payment via Stripe. All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes. Payments are non-refundable unless required by EU consumer protection law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days.

We aggregate publicly available information about EU funding programmes. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all details (deadlines, amounts, eligibility criteria) are current. Always verify with the official programme source before applying. EUACC is an information tool, not the authoritative source for any funding programme.

Don't use EUACC to:

• —Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data without permission.
• —Create fake company listings or misrepresent information.
• —Harass, spam, or abuse other users.
• —Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• —Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

EUACC's platform, design, and codebase are our property. Your content (company info, logos, descriptions) remains yours — by listing on EUACC, you grant us a license to display it publicly on the platform. Funding programme data is sourced from public EU databases (CORDIS, EC portals) and remains in the public domain.

EUACC is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the platform running, accurate, and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for: missed funding deadlines, rejected applications, inaccurate programme information, or any indirect damages arising from platform use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings, or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your company listing is removed and personal data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania, unless EU consumer protection law grants you the right to use your local courts.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
