About this hub

DIH4Society has transitioned to Phase 2 (DIH4Society 2.0) as of 1 July 2026, running to 30 June 2029, co-funded by the Digital Europe Programme and Romanian PoCIDIF with a total budget of approximately 23.07 million RON. The hub serves the North-West Region of Romania and targets 118 SMEs, 49 public institutions, 25 healthcare providers and 450 trained professionals. Core technology pillars remain cybersecurity and smart robotics, with expanded services now including AI, digital health and digital skills.

DIH4Society focuses on manufacturing, public administration and healthcare as primary sectors. Partners include the North-West Regional Development Agency, Babes-Bolyai University and technical SME ecosystem members in Cluj-Napoca.
