About this hub

Portugal Blue Digital Hub (PBDH) is a consortium of 17 entities, led by Forum Oceano (FO), Portugal’s Blue Economy Cluster. PBDH aims to promote circularity, decarbonisation and the digital transition, by stimulating entrepreneurship, testing and demonstration, attracting foreign investment, training in digital skills and developing services in AI, Blockchain and Big Data. To achieve those ambitious goals, we will provide: advanced training in the digital and sustainability domains. access to data from the Portuguese Ocean and Coasts to support developing, testing and demonstrating new solutions. innovation and acceleration programs, with specific challenge owners representative of the Portuguese Blue Economy sectors. access to a blue tech Test Network, including a Dual Use test location, to test/demonstrate your solution in the Atlantic Ocean environment and get a performance seal. access to events with an international and diverse Investors Club willing to invest in Blue Tech Solutions.
