About this hub
Puglia Innovation Center for Safety and Security (PICS2) aims to support Public Bodies and small and medium enterprises operating in Industrial Development Areas and in Special Economic Zones, by transferring culture and awareness to ease and speed up the process of digital and green transition and enhance its impact on personnel. To facilitate change to digital, PICS2 will focus on the issues of intelligent integration of data and services, safety (health and welfare of people, environmental protection, prevention and protection from natural disasters) and security (protection of industrial, logistics, customs and energy infrastructure, both in physical and digital terms). Services will be provided in four key areas: Technologies, Business, Ecosystem and Training. A strict collaboration with others national and European EDIH will be established to explore synergies and management options for digital transition.
