The Creditshelf SME Lending Fund is a private-debt vehicle that provided senior financing to German SMEs, backed by a EUR 30M cornerstone investment from the European Investment Fund. It was managed by Creditshelf Sarl, the lending arm of the digital SME-financing platform Creditshelf, and covered a broad range of sectors. In May 2024, Creditshelf AG was acquired by Swiss lender Teylor, which is building a pan-European alternative lending platform; the fund may be in wind-down or management transition.
