SouthBridge Europe Mezzanine is a generalist mezzanine fund managed by SouthBridge Europe Mezzanine GP and based in Greece. Structured as a Luxembourg SICAR, it provides mezzanine and subordinated debt financing to mid-sized European companies. Established in 2014 with EUR 65m in committed capital, backed by the European Investment Fund (EIF) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). A successor fund, SouthBridge Europe Mezzanine II, was raised in 2021 at EUR 170m.
