Change Ventures Fund II is a seed-stage technology fund managed by Change Ventures, with teams across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. It writes pre-seed and seed cheques, typically EUR 100k to EUR 500k, into startups founded by Baltic entrepreneurs in the region and the diaspora. At EUR 49M it is the largest seed fund raised in the Baltic states, backed mainly by the European Investment Fund and the Baltic Innovation Fund.
